Managing Risk and Generating Return
Having a neck to identify geographies with good fundamentals and targeting under-valued markets in those geographies, we seek to achieve above-average returns for our investors. Underwriting changing market economics and uncovering new markets forms the baseline of our business success. We have been very successful in identifying hidden value and emerging new markets that may generate alpha. Our investment returns analyze for each acquisition using an immediate, mid-term and bottom up approach. We believe that a diverse portfolio, spread over multiple markets, is the best way to hedge against the inevitable market cycles that dominate the history of our industry.
Trader Involvement
Twice a year Evermore Global Singapore Pte Ltd. Annual Conference is held, where senior management shares its views about the market scenario and offers a platform for new markets, asset class added over the period for traders if any in past six months. Next half years goals are set and agreed upon. It’s an open forum where traders, investors and management share their views about market going ahead and trading strategies which could be useful to all. This approach allows all to contribute their own concepts to implement those goals and contribute with new ideas.
